The 1st City Mobile Force Company (1st CMFC) personnel, led by PCPL Jethro Tutor and under the direct supervision of PLTCOL DAISY G TORRES, Acting Force Commander, continuously conducted police visibility operations and community dialogues within their area of responsibility. The activity aimed to strengthen public safety, maintain peace and order, and prevent the occurrence of criminal activities and other threats to community security. Through sustained engagement with community members, the unit further enhanced police-community partnership in support of a safer and more secure environment.

The 1st Davao City Mobile Force Company (1st DCMFC) Advisory Group successfully conducted a Community Outreach Program for the Indigenous Peoples (IP) students of Marciano Amancio Integrated School, Brgy. Paรฑalum, Paquibato District, Davao City.
The activity was led by PLTCOL DAISY G TORRES, Acting Force Commander, together with PLT RAJER U SALAHUDDIN, PCO PSMU, 1st CMFC and Mr. Wayne C. Estrebillo, 1st CMFC Advisory Group Vice Chairman for External Affairs and Ms. Rogenay Clare Morales, 1st CMFC Advisory Group Member.
A total of seventy (70) IP student-beneficiaries received school supplies and slippers, while their parents were provided with food packs. The outreach program aimed to support the educational needs of the students and extend assistance to their families, fostering stronger ties between the police and the community.
This initiative reflects the commitment of the 1st DCMFC and its Advisory Group to promote education, community development, and inclusive public service, especially in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas.

TORRES, Acting Force Commander, actively participated in the Brigada Eskwela activity spearheaded by the Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU) under the leadership of PLTCOL CHRISTIAN ANTHONY D. GARCIA, Chief, TEU, in collaboration with the TEU Millers Advisory Group.
The activity highlighted the spirit of volunteerism, unity, and community partnership as participants joined hands in preparing school facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for students in the upcoming school year.
Through this meaningful initiative, the 1st CMFC reaffirms its commitment to community engagement and support for educational programs that contribute to the development and welfare of the youth.

1ST CMFC โ MONTHLY RANK INSPECTION
On June 3, 2026, the City Mobile Force Company (CMFC), under the leadership of PLTCOL DAISY G TORRES, Acting Force Commander, successfully conducted its Monthly Ranks Inspection aimed at ensuring compliance with prescribed standards on uniformity, grooming, bearing, and discipline among personnel.
The activity served as a mechanism to reinforce organizational discipline, professionalism, and accountability while sustaining the operational readiness of the unit. During the inspection, personnel were evaluated on the completeness and proper wear of prescribed uniforms, display of insignias, grooming standards, and overall appearance. Minor deficiencies observed were promptly corrected through appropriate guidance and reminders to ensure adherence to established PNP standards.
The conduct of the Monthly Ranks Inspection highlights the unitโs commitment to maintaining a disciplined, competent, and mission-ready workforce, thereby strengthening organizational cohesion and upholding the integrity and professionalism expected of members of the Philippine National Police.

This recognition comes after the unit was honored as one of the awardees during the 24th Anniversary of the Anti-Smoking Campaign of Davao City and World No To***co Day Celebration held on May 29, 2026, receiving the Exemplary Police Stations in Enforcement Award from the Vices Regulation Unit (VRU).
The commendation highlights the unwavering dedication, valuable efforts, and significant contributions of the 1st DCMFC in promoting public welfare, supporting local ordinances, and strengthening peace and order initiatives in partnership with the City Government of Davao.
