1st DAVO CITY MOBILE FORCE COMPANY ADVISORY GROUP 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗜𝗣 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗔𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗢

The 1st Davao City Mobile Force Company (1st DCMFC) Advisory Group successfully conducted a Community Outreach Program for the Indigenous Peoples (IP) students of Marciano Amancio Integrated School, Brgy. Pañalum, Paquibato District, Davao City.

The activity was led by PLTCOL DAISY G TORRES, Acting Force Commander, together with PLT RAJER U SALAHUDDIN, PCO PSMU, 1st CMFC and Mr. Wayne C. Estrebillo, 1st CMFC Advisory Group Vice Chairman for External Affairs and Ms. Rogenay Clare Morales, 1st CMFC Advisory Group Member.

A total of seventy (70) IP student-beneficiaries received school supplies and slippers, while their parents were provided with food packs. The outreach program aimed to support the educational needs of the students and extend assistance to their families, fostering stronger ties between the police and the community.

This initiative reflects the commitment of the 1st DCMFC and its Advisory Group to promote education, community development, and inclusive public service, especially in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas.

Personnel of the 1st Davao City Mobile Force Company (1st DCMFC), led by PLTCOL DAISY G. TORRES, Acting Force Commander, actively participated in the Brigada Eskwela activity spearheaded by the Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU) under the leadership of PLTCOL CHRISTIAN ANTHONY D. GARCIA, Chief, TEU, in collaboration with the TEU Millers Advisory Group.

The activity highlighted the spirit of volunteerism, unity, and community partnership as participants joined hands in preparing school facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for students in the upcoming school year.

Through this meaningful initiative, the 1st CMFC reaffirms its commitment to community engagement and support for educational programs that contribute to the development and welfare of the youth.

Together, we build stronger communities through service, cooperation, and shared responsibility.

Personnel of the 1st Davao City Mobile Force Company (1st DCMFC), led by PLTCOL DAISY G. TORRES, Acting Force Commander, convened a coordination meeting in preparation for the upcoming 1st CMFC Advisory Group Community Outreach Program.

Also present during the meeting were PLT RAJER U. SALAHUDDIN, 1st CMFC, Chief PSMU and members of the 1st CMFC Advisory Group. The activity focused on the planning, coordination, and finalization of preparations to ensure the successful conduct of the outreach program for the Indigenous Peoples (IP) students of Brgy. Pañalum, Paquibato District.

This initiative reflects the commitment of 1st CMFC and its partners to strengthen community engagement, promote inclusive development, and extend meaningful public service to underserved communities.

1ST CMFC │ MONTHLY RANK INSPECTION

On June 3, 2026, the City Mobile Force Company (CMFC), under the leadership of PLTCOL DAISY G TORRES, Acting Force Commander, successfully conducted its Monthly Ranks Inspection aimed at ensuring compliance with prescribed standards on uniformity, grooming, bearing, and discipline among personnel.

The activity served as a mechanism to reinforce organizational discipline, professionalism, and accountability while sustaining the operational readiness of the unit. During the inspection, personnel were evaluated on the completeness and proper wear of prescribed uniforms, display of insignias, grooming standards, and overall appearance. Minor deficiencies observed were promptly corrected through appropriate guidance and reminders to ensure adherence to established PNP standards.

The conduct of the Monthly Ranks Inspection highlights the unit’s commitment to maintaining a disciplined, competent, and mission-ready workforce, thereby strengthening organizational cohesion and upholding the integrity and professionalism expected of members of the Philippine National Police.

RECOGNITION OF EXEMPLARY SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO PUBLIC WELFARE

The personnel of 1st Davao City Mobile Force Company (1st DCMFC), under the leadership of PLTCOL DAISY G. TORRES, Acting Force Commander, proudly received an invitation from the Office of the Chairperson, Committee on Peace and Public Safety, for a special recognition during the 21st Regular Session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Davao City on June 02, 2026, at 9:30 AM at the Session Hall, 2nd Floor, Sangguniang Panlungsod Building, Davao City.

This recognition comes after the unit was honored as one of the awardees during the 24th Anniversary of the Anti-Smoking Campaign of Davao City and World No To***co Day Celebration held on May 29, 2026, receiving the Exemplary Police Stations in Enforcement Award from the Vices Regulation Unit (VRU).

The commendation highlights the unwavering dedication, valuable efforts, and significant contributions of the 1st DCMFC in promoting public welfare, supporting local ordinances, and strengthening peace and order initiatives in partnership with the City Government of Davao.

The 1st DCMFC remains steadfast in its commitment to excellence, public service, and community engagement in pursuit of a safer, healthier, and more progressive Davao City.
