BGEN EDGAR M CARDINOZA PAF, Commander, AFP Health Service Command, paid visit to Health Service Center - Eastern Mindanao (HSCtr-EM), Naval Station Felix Apolinario, Panacan, Davao City on 14 December 2022.
The Officers and Enlisted Personnel of HSCtr-EM led by COL JENALYNE B BALAORO NC (GSC), the OIC, HSCtr-EM welcomed BGEN CARDINOZA PAF.
The said visit was part of the Command and Staff Visit CY 2022 to all Health Service Centers and Post Units, to personally check the status of personnel, facilities and health service operations.
