Please be advised that the scheduled garbage collection is 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 effective immediately and will remain so until further notice.

We respectfully encourage everyone to properly segregate, store, and manage their household waste during this period. Kindly refrain from disposing of garbage in public places, drainage systems, vacant lots, and other unauthorized areas to help maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our community.

Updates regarding the resumption of garbage collection services will be announced through the official communication channels of the Barangay.

Here is the finalized consolidated data regarding the fire incident that occurred in Purok 8 IKP, Barangay Lapu-Lapu last May 24, 2026.

Our official assessment has been completed to ensure all affected residents are properly accounted for as we proceed with targeted relief and recovery efforts.

Total Number of Dependents: 90 (28 Children | 59 Adults | 3 Seniors)

REPORT ON FIRE VICTIM INCIDENT
Barangay Lapulapu, Purok 8 – IKP
Date of Incident: May 24, 2026

A fire incident occurred last night, May 24, 2026, at Purok 8 – IKP, Barangay Lapulapu, affecting several families and residents within the area.

Based on the initial assessment conducted, the following were recorded:

Total Affected Families: 18 Families
Sharers: 7
Renters: 2
Total Affected Individuals: 110 Individuals

The Barangay Officials together with concerned agencies immediately responded to the incident to ensure the safety and welfare of the affected residents. Continuous assessment and assistance are currently being conducted for the fire victims.
