๐ตManage month end close processes including revenue recognition, inventory and cost of goods sold, capital expenditures, and departmental/cost center expenses,
๐ตDrive process improvement in all aspects of accounting and across business units for efficiency and scalability
๐ตDevelop scalable internal controls within the accounting function and intersections across the organization
๐ตImplement new and improved accounting systems and software that will create more automation and efficiency of work
๐ตWork closely with the finance team on monthly financial analysis and insights

*Provide accurate cost quotes for materials and installation of vinyl, carpet, or wood floors.
*Review bid documents and verify material quantities.
*Attend project meetings and collaborate with project teams.
*Handle project responsibilities from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
*Utilize general computer competency to perform tasks efficiently.
*Prioritize and multitask effectively to meet project deadlines.
*Experience reading construction plans is advantageous.
๐ฏ Requirements:
-Residing in Davao City.
-Background in flooring and carpet estimation.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Demonstrated commitment to roles.
-International and client-facing experience.
