Today, the Bala Elementary School family gathered from Kinder to Grade 6 for a beautiful Thanksgiving Mass presided over by Fr. Marvin M. Del Campo. As we look back on a year of growth, friendships, and milestones, we are reminded of Fr. Marvin’s inspiring words: Always be thankful.

To our graduates and every learner who worked hard this year each step forward is a testament to your faith and perseverance. We carry these lessons in our hearts as we embrace new beginnings! 🎓🙏

Parents, teachers, and school leaders gathered today for the General PTA Assembly Meeting of 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹.

This meeting strengthens the partnership between the school and parents in supporting the education and future of our learners.

Today marks a meaningful milestone for 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 as we celebrate the successful Turnover and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of the Rainwater Harvesting Facility. This project will greatly support the school in promoting water conservation and ensuring an additional water source for the school community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Davao City Water District (DCWD) and all partners who made this initiative possible through their generosity and commitment to education and sustainability.

Throughout March 1–31, 2026, we honor the strength, wisdom, and leadership of Filipinas across the country. Guided by this year’s theme, “Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”, we honor the vital role of women in shaping our communities and inspiring future generations.

Together, let us celebrate and uplift the inspiring contributions of women in our school and society.

𝑴𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒉𝒂𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒌𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒊𝒉𝒂𝒏! 👭

𝘽𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

Despite the suspension of face-to-face classes due to Typhoon Basyang, 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 remained steadfast in its commitment to provide continuous learning to its pupils through the implementation of blended learning. Learners actively engaged in their lessons at home using printed modules and guided activities, with teachers extending their support through regular communication and monitoring.

With the strong cooperation of parents and guardians, pupils were able to accomplish their learning tasks in a safe and conducive home environment. This collaborative effort highlights the shared responsibility of the school community in ensuring that education remains accessible even during unforeseen circumstances.

School Head 𝑬𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒆𝒅 𝑩. 𝑻𝒆𝒋𝒆𝒓𝒐 underscored the importance of adaptability and teamwork in times of emergencies, reminding teachers, parents, and learners that learning should not be hindered by challenges. He also expressed his appreciation for the dedication of teachers in providing guidance beyond the classroom and for the parents who continuously support their children’s education at home.

Through these initiatives, 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 demonstrates its unwavering dedication to learner welfare, academic continuity, and community partnership. The school continues to uphold its mission of delivering quality education while prioritizing the safety and well-being of every learner.
