SINO ang NAKIKINABANG SA RTL?

Mula sa Filipino Farmers, Isang kabastusan at isang walang silbing pahayag ang Sinasabi ni Sec. William Dar na Nakikinabang ang Consumer ng bigas pati Magsasaka sa RTL.

1st reason: Noong wala pa ang RTL ang presyo ng Fresh Palay ay 20-23 pesos per kilo, noong naipasa ang RTL ito'y naging 8-13 pesos per kilo.

2nd reason: Ang presyo ng bigas noong wala ang RTL at matapos maipasa ang RTL ay walang ibinaba. Halos pareho lang.

3rd reason: Hindi magsasaka at Rice consumer ang nakinabang sa RTL kungdi ang Mga Negosyante ng bigas at mga pulitikong bigas at importation ang pinagkikitaan.

Kailangan ng ereporma ang Kagawaran ng agrikultura, himbis na pangalagaan ang sektor ng magsasaka at agrikultura mas ipinagtatanggol pa at ipinagmamalaki ang IMPORTASYON NG BIGAS.

500-700 pesos na per kilo ng Sibuyas mula 100 pesos.

2,500-2,800 na ang presyo ng Fertilizer mula 900-1,100.
