Nonstructural and shear cracks as well as tilting of the walls and colums, were found in the majority of the spaces in the buildings especially around beams and columns as well as partitions of rooms located around 3rd to 4th floor.
expansion joints, and wall - column separation cracks with 1mm to 2mm spacing were also found upon assessment.

Recommendations were then imposed for safety purposes to reduce the likelihood of such unforeseen incidents.
However, safety audit was put to halt when Calinan DRRMO insisted for better priorities to cater.
