Panabo City government officials recently visited Davao City to learn about the Lingap Para sa Mahirap program, which provides medical assistance to residents in need.
The group was led by Joven Sepe, CPA (CBO), Dr. Eranie L. Pangilinan (CHO), Atty. June Erik Ylanan (CLO), Michael Angelo Resueño (CIO), and Alvinjay Soldia from the City Mayor’s Office. They were welcomed by Ms. Ytalia Karmilli Bohol, RSW, OIC of the program.
During the visit, the officials learned how the program supports patients with hospital and medical needs. They said the experience gave them helpful ideas to improve services for Panabo residents.
The City Government of Panabo continues to find better ways to care for the community by learning from successful programs in other cities.

Please be informed that the last transaction for all Lingap requests (Hospital Bills, Laboratory Procedures, Medicines and Funeral Assistance) for CY 2025 will be on December 31, 2025. Receiving of Lingap client requests will resume on January 2, 2026.
In addition, all documentary requirements for all types of assistance for CY 2026 must no longer be dated 2025. Quotations and Statement of Account must be dated 2026.
