Davao City Ordinance No. 0307-20 Series of 2020

Penalties:

1st Offense - 500
2nd Offense - 2,000
3rd Offense - 5,000
or 1 month imprisonment or both

1. Any person with issued citation ticket is advise to pay the Administrative penalty of P500.00 at the City/District Treasure's Office within three (3) working days from the date of apprehension; and

2. After paying the amount, submit the receipt of payment to police station where you were apprehended to update your record.

Failure to pay the abovementioned fine/s shall cause the Davao City Police to file appropriate case in court.

1. Warn your daughter, so she doesn't sit on anyone's lap, no matter the situation, including the uncles.

2. Avoid dressing in front of your child from your 2-3 Year-old.

3. Never allow any adult to refer to his son as " my wife " or " my husband "

4. Every time your child goes out to play with their friends, be sure to be looking for a way to find out what kind of game they are doing, because young people now sexually abuse themselves.

5. Never make your child visit any adult that he or she does not feel comfortable with that person and also be attentive if your child becomes very fan of a particular adult.

6. Once a very cheerful child suddenly becomes shy. You may have to ask for patience and clarify some questions about why your behavior.

7. Educate carefully on the correct values of sexuality. If you don't, society will teach you the wrong values.

8. It is always advisable to see and review any new material like the cartoons you just bought for them before starting to see themselves.

9. Make sure to activate parental controls on your cable networks and advice to your friends, especially those your child (s) Visit (s) many times.

10. Teach your children from the age of 3 how to wash their intimate parts correctly, and notice them to never allow anyone to touch those areas (remember, charity begins at home and with you).

11. Apart from associated materials that you think could endanger your child's mental health (this includes music, movies and even friends and families).

12. Once your child complains about a particular person, do not keep silent on the subject.
