DAVAO REGION
The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board XI published Wage Order No. RBXI-21 on June 3, 2022, granting a P31 increase in the daily minimum wage of workers in private establishments of all sectors / industries, bringing the minimum wage to P412-P427 upon its effectivity on June 19, 2022. An additional P16 would be granted to all sectors / industries on January 1, 2023, bringing the minimum wage to P428-P443. An additional P15 increase would be given to workers in retail / service establishments employing not more than 10 workers on April 1, 2023, bringing their minimum wage to P443.
