For adolescents and parents, please bring a valid school ID or birth certificate for the adolescent and valid government ID for the parent for a smooth processing.

Stella Maris Academy of Davao Alumni Association is helping the community with 1st dose vaccination drive with the support of Gaisano Malls, Davao City Health Office and the LGU!
