ICYMI I The City Assessor's Office of Davao joins the Caravan of Government Services in Barangay Colosas, Paquibato District.

It was attended by its district head, Mr. Efren Estores, and accompanied by a personnel of the Assessment Operations Evaluation Division, Mr. Eunald Lidres.

HAPPENING NOW I The City Assessor's of Davao joins the Caravan of Government Services in Brgy. Los Amigos, Tugbok District headed by Ms. Myrna Hernandez. Together with her are Mr. Eunald Lidres, Ms. Grace Paradero and Mr. Jamir Lamoste.

Notice is hereby given to the public, effective January 1, 2022, that the City Government of Davao will be implementing the PECUNIARY/ ADMINISTRATIVE FINE of one-fourth (1/4) of one percent (1%) of the assessed value of the property against real property owners who fail to file sworn statement declaring the true value of the subject property within sixty (60) days after the acquisition of such property or upon completion or occupancy of the newly constructed building or improvement, whichever comes earlier, pursuant to Section 203 of Republic Act 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991.

Such fine is expressly provided for under Ordinance No. 0627-18, Series of 2018, An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 0271-17, Series of 2017, or the 2005 Revenue Code of the City of Davao which was approved last January 7, 2019.
