The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) joins the housing and human settlements sector in celebrating 2026 National Shelter Month with the theme, “Tahanan, Pamayanan. Kinabukasan.”

A home is more than a place to live. It is the foundation of families, communities, and a better future. As a key shelter agency, HSAC plays an important role by providing accessible, fair, and efficient adjudication of disputes involving real estate and homeowners’ associations. Through the effective resolution of cases, HSAC helps uphold the rights of homebuyers, homeowners, and other stakeholders while promoting accountability and confidence in the housing sector.

This National Shelter Month, HSAC celebrates the collective efforts of the shelter sector in creating a 𝐭𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧 where families can thrive, a 𝐩𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧 where communities can prosper, and a 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧 built on secure and sustainable human settlements.

In view of the volume of submissions received, HSAC Regional Adjudication Branch XI closed the acceptance of applications for the Administrative Assistant I (Contract of Service) opening effective 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2026.

Applications received by the cutoff will proceed to evaluation in accordance with the applicable qualification and selection procedures. Applicants will be informed of their application status and any subsequent steps through the contact details provided in their submissions.
