As the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) enters its seventh year, it highlights sustained stakeholder confidence in its adjudication processes. The resolution of over 1,500 real estate and homeowner dispute cases across Regional Adjudication Branches (RABs) without further appeal in 2025 reflects the growing stability of adjudication outcomes and stakeholders’ confidence in the fairness and clarity of HSAC decisions.

Executive Commissioner Avelino D. Tolentino III noted that HSAC’s seventh year demonstrates how experience in dispute resolution continues to inform reform. “Our focus remains on translating lessons from adjudication into improvements that strengthen systems and sustain stakeholder satisfaction,” he said.

As it celebrates seven years of stakeholder-centered public service, HSAC continues its efforts to ensure high-quality, efficient, responsive, and accessible housing justice for Filipinos.

Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing.
