The Philippine Statistics Authority - Davao del Sur officially commenced the 35th Civil Registration Month on February 3, 2025. Officer-in-Charge Supervising Statistical Specialist Adeline G. Batucan led the formal opening, followed by a lecture from Registration Officer II Windel Sepalon on validating supporting documents and the features of the PhilSys ID. The event marks the start of a month-long celebration promoting the importance of accurate and timely civil registration.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈 | PSA Davao del Sur Conducted National ID System 'Rehistro Bulilit' Campaign in Barangay 76-A, Bucana, Davao City, on 2 September 2024.

In a collaborative effort with Barangay 76-A, Bucana, led by Brgy. Captain Hon. Robert Olanolan, PSA Davao del Sur initiated the 'Rehistro Bulilit' Campaign. This nationwide effort by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) aims to register all children below 5 years old in the National ID System.

A total of 74 children aged 1 to 4 years old and 75 individuals aged 5 years old and above were registered during the one-day 'Rehistro Bulilit' campaign.

The National ID System 'Rehistro Bulilit' program will also be held in other barangays in Davao City and Davao del Sur to gather and encourage more registrants, especially children aged 1 to 4 years old.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) strongly warns the public against online scams spreading in social media sites promising PhP 5,000 cash assistance for National ID holders.

The PSA emphasizes that the said social media posts are not from the agency. We urge the public to be vigilant and not fall for these scams.

While the National ID is used as a valid proof of identity in various transactions, including applying for government benefits, such benefits are granted based on the rules and regulations of the concerned agency.

The public is encouraged to follow or visit the following sites for legitimate information on the National ID:
