and in consonance to the strategic direction of the new DAP Administration of President and CEO Majah-Leah Ravago towards a needs-based development intervention, the DAP sa Mindanao headed by Vice President Dr. Mark Lemuel Garcia made a series of rounds in Camiguin Island as part of its prime efforts in pivoting programs, projects, and partnerships that strike a good balance in meeting ground realities and future-oriented demands.

The Development Academy of the Philippines joins the nation in celebrating the National Women's Month with this year's sub theme "Lipunang Patas sa Bagong Pilipinas: Kakayahan ng Kababaihan, Patutunayan."

The theme aims for a Bagong Pilipinas where women are provided with equitable opportunities to showcase and harness their full potentials. It echoes the target outcomes stated under Chapter 15 of the Updated Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment Plan 2019-2025 in transforming gender norms and culture.

In continuation of DAP and BukSU's INSYGHT project, the researchers have progressed into the second phase of the research guidance process we term the "Research Box."

The Academy eagerly anticipates the developments of the research, aimed at fostering the advancement of the university and the community it serves.

This day marks the 38th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution, a series of peaceful demonstrations that happened in Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and other parts of the country that called for a change and a better future for the Philippines.

This historic four-day event culminated on February 25, 1986, and demonstrated Filipinos' collective action towards freedom and democracy.

DAP sa Mindanao and Eastern Visayas State University is Bending Reality of Higher Education through Strategic Foresight ✨💫

Approximately 200 participants from the Eastern Visayas State University boldly ventured into the vast expanse of the futures. This marked the commencement of their exploration into the future during the webinar session on the Introduction to Strategic Foresight, the inaugural component of "Bending Reality: A Transformational Immersion through Strategic Foresight."

Over the course of five intensive days, the webinar session provided a rich learning experience as participants from the Eastern Visayas State University delved deeply into the tools and concepts of Strategic Foresight.

This online session marks the initial stage of their journey, with an even more thrilling adventure awaiting them ahead. They will immerse themselves in possibilities through Bending Reality, aimed at shaping a future-ready Eastern Visayas State University.
