On 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, Sunday 7AM to 11:30AM Sunday, 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐋𝐮𝐛𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐧 will be Conducting 𝘽𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝘿𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 2026 at 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑴𝒊𝒈𝒖𝒆𝒍 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 (𝑺𝑴𝑰𝑺) GYM and We encourage everyone to donate your Blood to Help and Save Lives.

𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Atleast 18 - 65 years old ( 18 below to 16 years old must have parental consent )

Weight: atleast 50kg/110 lbs.

: No alcohol intake 24 hours prior to Blood donation

: No smoking 4 hours before Blood Donation.

: No surgical procedure done within a year.

: Negative for Sexually Transmitted Diseases.

: Travel, Medication intake, tattoos will be assessed.

: Must Pass in the Physical and Health Assessment.

: Other Guidelines for deferral will be assessed during the interview of donor’s personal and medical history and physical examination.
