The City Government of Davao is now accepting applications for the Educational Benefit System Unit (EBSU) Scholarship Programs for Academic Year 2026–2027.

Qualified applicants may apply under the following programs: the Scholarship on Tertiary Education Program (STEP), MED Educational Assistance, LAW Educational Assistance, Technical Educational Assistance Program, and Lumad Educational Assistance Program.

The application period will run from April 6 to 24, 2026.

All interested applicants are encouraged to register and submit their applications within this period through the eScholar App at: ebsu-escholar.davaocity.gov.ph/

🚑 VEHICLE TURNOVER & BLESSING | EMERGENCY RESPONSE VEHICLE 🙏

Today marks another milestone for Barangay Panacan as we officially conducted the Turnover and Blessing of our Emergency Response Vehicle—a vital addition to strengthen our disaster preparedness and emergency services.

Present during this meaningful event were the Barangay Council headed by Punong Barangay Dr. Ericson D. Batican, together with our dedicated barangay staff and functionaries, especially our hardworking BDRRMC Team and Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) who continue to serve at the frontlines of our community.

This new vehicle symbolizes our commitment to provide faster, safer, and more efficient response during emergencies, ensuring that every Panacanon receives the care and assistance they need when it matters most.

Gipahigayon ang atong Lupong Tagapamayapa Monthly Meeting uban ang aktibong partisipasyon sa mga miyembro, nga gipangunahan ni Dr. Ericson D. Batican kauban ang Barangay Council.

Sa maong panagtigum, gipasiugda ni PB Doc Eric ang pipila ka mga suhestyon ug lakang aron mas mapalambo pa ang proseso sa malinawon ug hapsay nga pagresolba sa mga kaso sa barangay. Tumong niini ang pagpalig-on sa hustisya sa komunidad pinaagi sa maayong komunikasyon, kooperasyon, ug patas nga paghusay sa matag isyu.

Nagpahayag usab ang tanan og kadasig ug excitement alang sa umaabot nga sunod-sunod nga trainings ug seminars, nga makatabang sa pagpalambo sa kahibalo ug kapasidad sa Lupong Tagapamayapa sa pag-atubang sa nagkalain-laing sitwasyon.

Padayon ta sa pagtinabangay aron mapalig-on ang kalinaw, hustisya, ug panaghiusa sa atong Barangay Panacan.

📍 FIRST MONDAY OF APRIL | BARANGAY PANACAN

Sa pagsugod sa bulan sa Abril, nagtapok ang atong Dr. Ericson D. Batican uban ang Barangay Council, staff ug functionaries alang sa atong First Monday Flag Ceremony ug meeting.

Atong gipasalamatan ug gihatagan og dakong pag-ila ang walay hunong nga serbisyo sa atong Barangay Tanod ug BDRRMC responders nga nagbantay ug nagpanalipod sa katawhan ilabi na niaging Semana Santa (Holy Week). Ang inyong dedikasyon ug sakripisyo usa ka dakong panig-ingnan sa tinuod nga serbisyo publiko. 🙏

✨ Usa ka espesyal nga paghatag og pasidungog ang gihimo pinaagi sa pag-award og Certificate of Recognition kang Mr. Glen O. Mandalones tungod sa iyang heroic act sa luwas nga pag-turnover sa usa ka nawala nga bata. Ang iyang kasingkasing sa pagtabang ug responsibilidad usa ka ehemplo sa tinuod nga pagka-matinabangon sa komunidad. 👏

Gipasiugda usab ang mga umaabot nga programa ug kalihokan karong bulan sa Abril, padayon nga nagtan-aw sa kalamboan sa atong barangay pinaagi sa kooperasyon ug panaghiusa sa matag sektor.

Sa iyang mensahe, si PB Doc Eric nagpaambit sa iyang panaw sa pagpangalagad, gikan sa mga hagit ug kalisod nga giatubang sa barangay hangtod sa atong pagkahimong mas lig-on ug progresibo karon. Ang atong kalampusan dili sayon nga naabot—apan tungod sa resilience ug dedikasyon sa matag Panacanian, napalig-on nato ang pundasyon sa atong komunidad.
