Tactical Operations Group 11 (TOG 11), under Tactical Operations Wing Eastern Mindanao (TOWEASTMIN), supported the Community Outreach Program organized by JCI Lakambini at Mt Kalas-asan, Sitio Pamantawan, Barangay Malabog, Paquibato District, Davao City on May 30, 2026.
The activity brought essential services closer to more than ๐๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ญ๐ ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, including adults and children, through a feeding program and free medical consultations conducted by volunteer doctors. It was carried out in partnership with JCI Lakambini Davao, the ๐๐จ๐ฒ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐จ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐, Edwin M. Luis of ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
TOG 11 and TOWEASTMIN personnel provided support in facilitating the safe, orderly, and efficient delivery of services, reinforcing the role of the Philippine Air Force in assisting initiatives that respond to the needs of communities in geographically isolated areas.
The engagement reflects the continuing commitment of the Philippine Air Force to support public welfare, strengthen civil-military cooperation, and help bring essential services closer to indigenous peoples and underserved communities through sustained partnership and public service.

The Tactical Operations Group 11 reinforced its commitment to service and compassion by participating in a Community Outreach and Feeding Program at Sitio Ramihan, Bato, Toril, Davao City, led by reservist Mr. Edwin M. Luis of BWAPISM and as an active reservist of the 7th ARCEN.
TOG 11 personnel swiftly set up operations and worked in coordinated teams to prepare and distribute meals to children and adult residents. Beyond nourishment, the group uplifted community morale by giving toys to children and engaging residents in meaningful interaction.
The team also extended targeted assistance to Tatay Virgilio, a resident living beneath a bridge, by providing rice and essential supplies. Moreover, the team focused also in underscoring their dedication to inclusive and compassionate service.
The activity highlighted TOG 11โs role not only in service delivery but in fostering goodwill, strengthening community ties, and embodying the Filipino spirit of bayanihan.
