The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Communal is excited to invite everyone to the 1st Semester Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly for Calendar Year 2026!

In this assembly, the SK Council will present its approved plans, programs, activities, and projects for the year. Our goal is to keep all Communalians well-informed, engaged, and empowered to take part in the ongoing development of our community. This gathering also reflects our dedication to transparency, accountability, and meaningful youth involvement.

More than just an informational event, this assembly serves as a platform to strengthen unity among the youth and encourage active participation in community initiatives. Together, we can build a more progressive and inclusive barangay.

And of course, we’ve prepared something exciting for everyone! 🎉

The Sangguniang Kabataan extends its support to the basketball league in Purok 11 by providing trophies and medals for the participants. We would also like to express our appreciation to the Committee on Sports Development Program, under Hon. Stefanie Magtuba, for the quick initiative and coordination.

This activity aims to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and unity among the youth in the community.

The Sangguniang Kabataan, headed by SK Chairperson Hon. Joshua Vergel T. Scalercio, provides cash assistance to students seeking support for their graduation.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Communal successfully conducted its Regular Monthly Session to discuss important matters concerning the youth of our community. During the session, the council planned for the upcoming 1st Semester Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly this March and deliberated on the schedule and preparations for the Sports Fest 2026 this April.

Through continuous planning and collaboration, the SK Council remains committed to delivering meaningful programs and activities for the youth of Barangay Communal.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Communal proudly provided first aid equipment to our dedicated Communal Volunteer Emergency Responders (COVER) to further strengthen our community’s emergency response capability. This initiative aims to ensure that our responders are well-equipped and ready to serve during emergencies and disasters.

Together, we continue to build a safer and more prepared Barangay Communal.
