Personnel of Toril Fire Station conducted a Daily Skills Enhancement Activity on Wound Care: Bandaging Using an Elastic Bandage.
The activity aimed to enhance personnel’s knowledge and practical skills in proper wound care, correct application of an elastic bandage, and the importance of protecting the injured area, controlling swelling, and providing support.

Personnel were also reminded of the proper techniques to ensure safe and effective first aid during emergency situations.

🧯 S – Squeeze the Lever
🧯 S – Sweep from Side to Side

The activity aims to enhance personnel’s knowledge and practical skills in fire extinguisher operation. Understanding and applying the TPASS technique is essential for responding effectively to small, manageable fires, helping prevent the spread of fire, minimizing property damage, and protecting lives.
