𝙍𝘼𝙈𝙋𝘼 2025 - 𝙏𝙐𝙂𝘽𝙊𝙆 𝘿𝙄𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙄𝘾𝙏 18/18 𝘼𝙏𝙏𝙀𝙉𝘿𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀

The Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons of Tugbok District gathered as one during the RAMPA 2025, a joint consultative meeting with the Davao City Youth Development Office (DCYDO) and SK Federation of Davao City. This activity aims to address the issues and concerns of every barangay concerning the youth and the role of youth in addressing community issues.

Across communities in Tugbok District, young people are stepping up, speaking out, and standing firm on the issues that matter through the SK Chairpersons. Indeed, it is a powerful gathering of voices, visions, and values. Mr. Emmanuel Crismas, the focal person of the DCYDO emphasizes the importance of collaborative efforts and consultative leadership as they instill to all leads present that they are here to keep opening doors, and keep believing in us—because together, we can build communities that are not only stronger, but more united, inclusive, and just. Moreover, Councilor "Pinky" Mercado reiterated the steadfast commitment and service for and of the youth as the new administration of LYDO works hand in hand with their office.

Lastly, Hon. Ritchelle Oring our Administrative District President delivers her closing speech on the success of the said RAMPA 2025; barangay consultation in the entire Tugbok District.

It starts with being heard, being trusted, and being supported. That’s why consultations like this are so important. They are not just discussions—they are commitments to action. We are becoming the hands that build, and the hearts that care.

The Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons of Tugbok District gathered for their 11th Regular Meeting at Balai Torrentira, Los Amigos.

𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐊 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 | 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

On behalf of the working committee of TABOK 2024, in coordination with the Office of the 𝗧𝘂𝗴𝗯𝗼𝗸 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀’ 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, we sincerely apologize for the delays in culminating the event. The working committee has been committed to this endeavor, persistently waiting for the remaining SK barangays to settle their contributions and consistently reminding them of their obligations to the youth.

We believe the working committee has provided ample time for the remaining barangays to fulfill their obligations. We have also made every effort to communicate with them through all possible means. To all the youth seeking updates, the working committee is still waiting for responses from the remaining SK barangays: 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣, 𝙏𝙪𝙜𝙗𝙤𝙠 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧, 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙚𝙣𝙜, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝘽𝙞𝙖𝙤. Initially, we extended the settlement deadline from September 29, 2024, to October 5, 2024. Despite their promises to settle within the week, we have unfortunately not received any responses to our follow-ups.

Providing a meaningful culmination for the youth of Tugbok District is our sworn commitment, and we believe it requires additional effort, time, and preparation. Therefore, 𝙬𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙊𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙧 13, 2024. The Office of the Tugbok District SK Chairpersons’ Federation remains determined to address internal concerns and deliver a significant and memorable culmination.

𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐊 𝐔𝐏𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬! | 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲

TABOK 2024 was drafted and planned over approximately eight months, with the majority of attendees at the meeting unanimously concurring through a vote. The 18 SK Chairpersons of Tugbok District are fully aware of the changes and updates regarding the formulation of the TABOK event. The planning began with the SK Tugbok District officials' team-building kick-off event, ENCUENTRO 2024, held at Brgy. Biao Guianga.

Furthermore, the TABOK event was formulated with a matrix followed by the SK Chairpersons. This matrix included the Technical Working Group, event schedules, and other tasks handled by the SK Chairpersons, with prior notice given to them both during the planning and final delegation phases. Each SK Chairperson was assigned specific tasks and held responsible for the events designated to them.
Moreover, the TABOK event would not be possible without a budget. Therefore, the federation of Tugbok District, with the participation of all SK Chairpersons, decided to contribute funds. The total amount contributed is based on the Annual Budget or NTA of each SK Barangay:
* SK Barangays with an Annual Budget of 100,000 to 1,000,000 shall contribute ₱10,000.00;
* SK Barangays with an Annual Budget of 1,000,001 to 1,500,000 shall contribute ₱15,000.00;
* SK Barangays with an Annual Budget of 1,500,001 and above shall contribute ₱20,000.00.
These contributions were unanimously agreed upon during the 2nd Regular Meeting and have been properly documented. Along with the matrix provided to all SK Chairpersons, necessary adjustments to schedules, venues, and mechanics were made to accommodate their considerations. The SK Chairpersons were given approximately two months to submit their contributions, with the deadline set for today, September 26, 2024.

For transparency, here is the current status of the SK Barangays regarding their TABOK contributions. In the provided matrix, the culmination date is set for September 29, 2024, but due to the current situation, there may be a one-week extension. Rest assured, we will do our best to follow up with the remaining SK Chairpersons who have not yet settled their contributions to ensure the event's culmination proceeds as planned.
