Atty. Luna Acosta attended the Mindanao leg of the RAGE Coalition launch in Davao City headed by Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte, together with supporters, youth groups, and political allies from across Mindanao.

The RAGE Coalition (Reform Alliance for Accountability, Good Governance and Ethics) continues to strengthen its movement in promoting accountability, good governance, and democratic protection, while also expressing support for Vice President Sara Duterte and her continued leadership and advocacies.

More than a gathering, the event became a reminder nga kung magkahiusa ang katawhan, mas mapalig-on ang tingog sa komunidad ug mas daghan pa ang mahimo para sa kaayohan sa tanan.

Atty. Acosta remains committed to supporting initiatives that encourage unity, service, and meaningful action para sa mga Dabawenyo.

Nalipay ug nagpasalamat si Coun. Atty. Luna Acosta nga ma-invite isip Guest of Honor sa Ribbon Cutting Ceremony sa Masaligan Hub ug Patroller’s Commendation Day sa Police Station 1 Sta. Ana.

Sa iyang mensahe, gipasiugda ni Coun. Acosta nga ang pulong nga “Masaligan” nagasimbolo sa trust, reliability, and assurance — usa ka tawo nga duolan sa panahon sa panginahanglan ug kalisod. Mao usab kini ang tinuod nga kahulugan sa serbisyo publiko ug sa dedikasyon sa atong kapulisan nga adlaw-adlaw nagbantay alang sa kaluwasan sa katawhan.

Gipasalamatan usab niya ang Police Station 1 Sta. Ana ubos sa pagpanguna ni PMAJ Richeen M. Lagnayo ug ang tibuok team sa Oplan Masaligan sa ilang inisyatiba nga dili lang naghatag ug maayong serbisyo, kundili nag-atiman usab sa kaayohan sa atong kapulisan.

Isip Chairperson sa Committee on Peace and Public Safety, gipadayag ni Coun. Acosta nga mas mapalig-on ang kalinaw ug kahapsay kung adunay pagsalig tali sa kapulisan ug komunidad.

Dako usab ang pagpasalamat sa atong mga patrol officers nga padayon nga nagserbisyo ug nagsakripisyo aron mapadayon nga luwas ug malinawon ang Dakbayan sa Davao. Luyo sa matag hapsay nga dalan ug malinawon nga katulog sa matag pamilya, adunay mga uniformed personnel nga walay kapoy nga nag-alagad.

Ang Masaligan Hub dili lang usa ka lugar, kundili simbolo sa pagsalig, paglaom, ug mas lig-on nga panaghiusa tali sa kapulisan ug komunidad.

Last May 16, 2026, Coun.Atty. Luna Acosta attended the FPOP Community Health Care Clinic Launch, a meaningful initiative aimed at bringing essential healthcare services closer to the people.

The official ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Australian Deputy Ambassador Nicholas Kay, Davao City Councilor Atty. Luna Acosta, National Executive Committee President Karl M. Queipo, and Executive Director Nandy Senoc, together with partner organizations, government agencies, and health advocates—showing a shared commitment to making healthcare more accessible and inclusive.

Launched through the partnership of FPOP, Department of Health–Davao, and Australian Aid, the project aims to strengthen community healthcare services and support healthier families through accessible and quality care.

Padayon ta sa pagsuporta sa mga programa nga naghatag ug mas healthy ug mas informed nga komunidad para sa tanan.

Coun. Atty. Luna Acosta and Sec. Mabel Acosta joined the E-Club Women’s Pickleball Tournament held at Pickletown last May 16, 2026 — a meaningful gathering celebrating women’s empowerment, health, camaraderie, and the growing space for women in sports.

In her opening remarks, Sec. Mabel Acosta shared that women play many important roles in society — as mothers, wives, daughters, professionals, and community leaders. While carrying many responsibilities, importante usab nga women are given opportunities to stay active, care for their well-being, and enjoy activities that promote both physical and mental wellness.

Events like this remind us that women can thrive not only in their everyday roles, but also in recreational and competitive spaces where they can showcase their strength, determination, and resilience.

Kauban si Sen. Christopher 'B**g' Go, mibisita si Coun. Atty. Luna Acosta niadtong niaging Sabado, May 16, sa mga apektado sa sunog sa Brgy. 23-C aron personal nga kumustahon ang ilang kahimtang.

Dili man dali ang pagsugod pag-usab human sa kalamidad, pero pinaagi sa panaghiusa ug pagtinabangay, mas dali nato maatubang ang mga pagsulay. Padayon usab ang pagpahinumdom nga ang City Government of Davao andam kanunay sa paghatag og tabang ug suporta sa katawhan, labi na sa panahon sa emerhensya ug kalisod.

Daghang salamat sa St. John Health Center sa pag-invite kanako sa ilang Buntis Congress sa Kasilak Gym, Brgy. 76-A Bucana. Nalipay ko nga makauban ang atong mga mommy-to-be ug mahimong kabahin sa usa ka maayong programa para sa health ug well-being sa mga inahan ug bata.

Importante kaayo para sa akoa ang pag-support sa mga programa para sa maternal care, labi na isip usa ka advocate of breastfeeding. Dako ang tabang sa breastfeeding sa newborn babies pinaagi sa nutrition ug protection, ug makatabang usab kini sa health ug recovery sa mga mama. Padayon ta sa pagsuporta sa mga inisyatibo nga naga-amuma sa atong mga inahan ug kabataan.
