𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

Notice is hereby given to the general public that the City Government of Davao shall be undertaking the exhumation of buried remains for niches and ossuaries with expired lease contracts.

𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 152 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆, 𝗔. 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗻 (𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗴𝗮) 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 8-𝗔, 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

As per Ordinance No. 0291-17, Series of 2017, Section 317, Item A (b), "After the expiration of six (6) year lease period, the remains shall be exhumed and transferred to an Ossuary under a new yearly contract which will have an Imposition Fee of Two Hundred Twenty Pesos (P220.00) and an Annual Renewal Fee payable every January. Failure to do so will cause the exhumation of the remains and moved to a common grave."

The exhumed remains shall be temporarily stored at a Depository of this Public Cemetery until the family retrieves the said remains for interment at the location of choice.
All spaces for burial are not exclusive or reserved to any person.

REMINDER TO ALL TAXPAYERS WITH DELINQUENT REAL PROPERTY ACCOUNTS

Pursuant to Republic Act No. 12001 (RPVARA) and Ordinance No. 0755-25, the deadline to avail of the Real Property Tax Amnesty is
05 July 2026.

All taxpayers with delinquent real property tax obligations are hereby advised to settle their outstanding taxes in full on or before the said deadline to avail of the benefits granted under the law.

Pahibalo sa tanan nga ang City government of Davao magpahigayon og pag-exhume sa mga nakalubong sa mga nitso o ossuary nga expired na ang kontrata.

Sumala sa Ordinance No. 0291-17, Series of 2017, Section 317, Item A (b), Human sa unom (6) ka tuig nga lease period, ang nahabilin nga minatay i-exhume ug ibalhin sa Ossuary ilawom sa bag-ong kontrata nga adunay Imposition Fee nga Two Hundred Twenty Pesos (P220.00) ug Annual Renewal Fee nga kinahanglan mabayaran matag January. Ang dili pag sunod niini muresulta sa paghukay sa mga minatay ug ibalhin sa common grave.

Ang mga nahibilin sa minatay temporaryo nga ibutang sa usa ka Depository niining Public Cemetery hangtod kuhaon sa pamilya aron ilubong sa lugar nga kapilian.

Ang tanang luna sa paglubong dili eksklusibo o inandam sa bisan kinsa.
