Held at ๐๐š๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐…๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ฑ ๐€๐ฉ๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ซ๐ข๐จ (๐๐’๐…๐€), the activity carried the solidarity theme, โ€œ๐Œ๐จ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐จ๐ง๐  ๐๐š๐ฒ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ก๐š๐ง: ๐“๐š๐ค๐›๐จ ๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐š ๐ฌ๐š ๐–๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐’๐ž๐š,โ€ emphasizing unity and national consciousness in support of the country's sovereignty and maritime rights.

The successful conduct of the activity was made possible through the active participation and support of the Command's key officers, Component Commands, tenant units, Reserve Force Administrators, and all personnel who took part in the event. Their presence and participation reflected the strong partnership between the ๐‘๐ž๐ ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐š๐ซ ๐…๐จ๐ซ๐œ๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž ๐…๐จ๐ซ๐œ๐ž, reinforcing the AFP's commitment to developing a capable, responsive, and integrated Total Force.

The conference brought together the Commanders of the different Reserve Force Administrators (RFAs) and representatives from EMCโ€™s Component Commands to review accomplishments, strengthen coordination, and further align Reserve Force Development efforts with the Commandโ€™s operational requirements.

These initiatives highlight the continuing contribution of Reservists to community resilience, disaster response, national development, and interoperability with various stakeholders.

Presiding over the conference, the ๐€๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐ญ ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ž๐Ÿ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐ž๐ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ ๐’๐ญ๐š๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž ๐…๐จ๐ซ๐œ๐ž ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ, ๐”๐Ÿ—, ๐„๐Œ๐‚ emphasized the need to move from merely reporting activities toward demonstrating measurable outcomes and capabilities. RFAs and Component Commands were encouraged to align their accomplishments with their prescribed objectives and targets and to identify gaps and requirements that need to be addressed.

The conference likewise highlighted the importance of ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐›๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐‘๐…๐€๐ฌ, providing an opportunity for participants to learn from successful initiatives, innovative approaches, and practical experiences that can be adopted or adapted by other Reserve Force units.

In his closing remarks, the U9 underscored that Reserve Force Development is a ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ and that sustained collaboration among the RFAs, Component Commands, and EMC is essential in building a Reserve Force that is ๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐ญ, ๐œ๐š๐ฉ๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž, ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐€๐…๐ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐œ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง.
