But honestly, we think 55 looks amazing when it's filled with decades of life-changing impact. From leading with passion, to ministering freedom internationally, to serving the most vulnerable, to launching ministries that reach across the globe—Amy’s life is a beautiful testimony of what it means to live with purpose. ❤️

Davao Smiles – English Version Davao Smiles is a student-produced documentary from the University of Utah Asia Campus that follows a humanitarian dental project in Davao City, Philippines....

Today, on World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, we cannot look away.

In the shadows of paradise—in the Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar and other parts of Asia—millions of men, women, and children are trapped in modern-day slavery. Not by chains and cages, but by deception, violence, poverty, and fear.

🙏😭😡The Reality on the Ground:

•Children as young as 7 are sold for sex—not once, but dozens of times a day—in brothels disguised as massage parlors, or online in live shows.

•Migrant workers are lured with false promises, only to be forced into backbreaking labor with no pay, no passports, and no way out.

•In scam hubs across Southeast Asia, trafficked victims are tortured and forced to run cybercrime operations. If they refuse, they are beaten, starved, or sold again.

•There are reports of victims trafficked for organ and skin harvesting, their bodies mutilated for profit.

•Parents are sometimes manipulated into selling their own children, unknowingly feeding an insatiable global demand.

This is not fiction. This is happening right now.

What We’re Fighting Against:
This is an industry that generates over $150 billion a year, thriving on the exploitation of the most vulnerable. The traffickers are organized. They're tech-savvy. They're ruthless.

But so are we.

At Global Impact, we work to PREVENT the trafficking.

We also work with frontline organizations that rescue survivors, prosecute traffickers, dismantle criminal networks, and offer long-term care and rehabilitation.

But we need you—with your influence, your voice, and your resources—to scale this fight.
