The 7th Air Reserve Center proudly congratulates the reservists of Tactical Operations Wing Reserve Eastern Mindanao, who demonstrated exceptional skill and teamwork together with Tactical Operations Wing Eastern Mindanao and Tactical Operations Group 11 during the recently concluded HADR Challenge.

Across two days of demanding events, our contingent showcased their readiness and resilience:
- Day 1: Knot Tying and Urban Search and Rescue (SAR) with High-angle Rappel
- Day 2: Water Search and Rescue (WASAR) and Basic Life Support/Tactical Combat Casualty Care

This strong integration of forces marked a significant milestone, as the team emerged as Overall First Runner-Up out of six contingents.
Your performance reflects the strength of unity, discipline, and preparedness of our Total Force in responding to humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations. Truly, a testament to the capability and commitment of our reservists in serving both community and country.
