Good evening, youth and constituents of Barangay 5-A!

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 5-A, spearheaded by Hon. Christian Paul Paco Laurden, was invited by the 1105th Community Defense Center, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA at Barangay 76-A, SIR Bucana, Davao City.

The seminar focused on the Youth Security Awareness Forum, specifically covering the following:

• Terrorism
• Anti-Drugs and Criminality Campaign
• Culture and Society

The Community Defense Center invited SK Barangay 5-A, SK Barangay Bucana, and SK Barangay Matina Aplaya

We extend our utmost gratitude to the Community Defense Center, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA for this opportunity and for sharing knowledge on these topics that help raise awareness among the youth of Davao City.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 5-A, spearheaded by 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧, will be conducting "𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱: 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀."

The amended SK Reform Act of 2015 stipulates that the SK may set
aside funds for student stipends, food, book, and transportation allowances, as well as other educational assistance programs that will lower the rate of out-of-school youth and dropouts, in accordance with Section 20, SK Funds of RA No. 11765;

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀:

- 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- 𝗦𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀
- 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀
- 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀

𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Qualified College Students must reside in Bankerohan's Barangay 5-A.
• A KK member of SK Barangay 5-A registration (KK PROFILING)
• Must be enrolled in any Davao City-based course or school.
• The age range must fall between 18 and 30 years of age.
• Qualified College Students must come from a low-income household.

𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨:

• Qualified College Students are required to fill out the application on time or before, giving accurate and true information.
• The application must be presented with all necessary supporting evidence, including identification, proof of residency, and any other documents listed in the requirements.

Maayong adlaw mga Lumulupyo sa Barangay 5-A

Dakong problema sa atung Komunidad ang pag undang og eskwela sa atung mga anak tungod sa Pinansyal. Ang Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 5-A kay nakipag partner sa Alternative Learning System (ALS) Davao Central District kay mao kani ang platform para mabawasan og matabangan ang mga out-of-school youth sa atung Komunidad.

Akong giimbitahan ang mga batan-on og mga adults na wala pa kahuman og Elementary og High School og gusto makahuman og High School, duol lang kamo sa Opisina sa Sangguniang Kabataan tapad lang sa atung Barangay Hall.

Kinsa man ang pwede mag avail aning Libreng Eskwela?

Sa mga mag nag edad og 13 pataas na wala pa kahuman og Elementary og High School (mapa batan-on, mama og papa ma gusto makahuman og high school, pwede kaayo mo sa programa sa Sangguniang Kabataan and ALS)

Sa makausab

Sa mga gusto mag enroll og ALS, duol lang kamo sa atung SK Chairman (Christian Paul Paco Laurden) ang iyahang messenger account para sa enrollment form og sa detalye

(Ang enrollment mag start unya ala una sa Hapon, sa Barangay Hall)

• No problem sa pamasahe kay hatud sundo ang mga ALS Students
• No Uniform (Any white shirt) lang sa pag eskwela.
• Once a week ra ang klase
- Elementary (every Wednesday)
- High School (every Thursday)
