This activity served as an essential platform to assess the overall performance of each operational unit, ensuring that all enterprises remain aligned with our goals of efficiency, sustainability, and improved public service delivery. Representatives from the Public Market, Cemetery, Slaughterhouse, Waterworks, Municipal Training Center, and Public Terminal units actively participated and presented comprehensive updates covering their respective income performance, operational progress, ongoing implementations, and key concerns.
Each unit highlighted their accomplishments for the previous period, including revenue growth, system improvements, and service enhancements. At the same time, challenges encountered in daily operations were openly discussed ranging from maintenance concerns and resource limitations to customer service issues and compliance with existing regulations. These discussions allowed the team to collaboratively identify practical and strategic solutions.
More importantly, the session focused on forward planning. Strengthened strategies were proposed to improve income generation, optimize resource utilization, and enhance service efficiency across all enterprise units. Emphasis was also given to innovation, accountability, and teamwork as driving forces in achieving our targets for the coming months.
This strategic planning is a testament to the officeโs commitment to continuous improvement, transparency, and responsive governance. Through collective effort and proactive planning, the Local Economic Enterprise Management Office remains dedicated to delivering better services and contributing to the local economic growth of the community.
