During the Fiesta Saya sa Toril Parade, the EPAS/BDRRMC Support Personnel together with BDRRMC Toril Proper immediately responded to assist a senior citizen who experienced dizziness along the parade route.
We were already onboard in the area when we saw the senior citizen sitting on a chair. Our team quickly approached and provided necessary assistance, ensuring his safety and comfort. His face was covered to protect his privacy.

Following the magnitude 7.6 earthquake that struck at 10:00 AM on October 10, 2025, with its epicenter in Davao Oriental, the BDRRMC TORIL PROPER Personnel, together with the EPAS/BDRRMC Support, conducted a building assessment at DCC Main and DCC Rasay.
This activity aimed to ensure the structural integrity of the facilities and to safeguard the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
Let us always remain prepared and vigilant—disasters can strike at any time, and preparedness is our best protection.

BDRRMC Toril Proper Support EPAS actively participated in the 5th Simulation Exercise (SIMEX) conducted by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), together with another agency, TORVO, BFP, Victories, BDRRMC Toril Proper, Eagles, Panther Rescue, and PA2202 BDE, Epas serving as Patients, EPAS personnel took the opportunity to observe, learn, and further strengthen their knowledge and skills in emergency response — a vital step in preparing for real-life disasters.
