Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch - XI Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch XI (RCMB-XI) is the implementing arm of NCMB in Davao Reg Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch No.

National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) is an attached agency of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and is under the administrative supervision of the Secretary of Labor and Employment. XI (RCMB-XI) is the implementing arm of NCMB in Region 11 covering the city of Davao; provinces of Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental and Compostela Valley. RCMB-XI main office is located at DCPI Bldg. along Manuel L. Quezon Blvd., Brgy. 30-D, Davao City. On the other hand, its satellite office is situated at the 2nd Floor, Sanggunian Bayan Bldg., Municipal Hall Compound, Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley Province. Constitutional and Statutory Bases

The 1987 Philippine Constitution, particularly Art. III, Section 3, paragraph 3 provides, among others:

โ€œThe State shall promote the principle of shared responsibility between workers and employers and the preferential use of voluntary modes of settling disputes, including conciliation, and shall enforce their mutual compliance therewith to foster industrial peace.โ€

In response to this constitutional mandate, NCMB was created 1988 under Executive Order No. 251.

The National Conciliation and Mediation Board Regional Branch XI (NCMB RB XI) in partnership with the Davao Association on Voluntary Dispute Resolution, Inc. (DAVDRI) gathers participants from across Region XI, with some attendees also coming from Region XII, for todayโ€™s area-wide seminar: โ€œIndustrial Harmony in Action: Safeguarding Rights, Securing Growth, and Leading the Multigenerational Workforce.โ€
