The Branch successfully conducted the Plant-Level Orientation Seminar on “Workplace Enhancement and Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs” for MBMP Manpower Services today, May 28, 2026, at Barrio Bistro, 45 Lacson St., Bo. Obrero, Davao City.
The activity aimed to strengthen awareness and understanding of ADR mechanisms in promoting harmonious labor-management relations and fostering industrial peace in the workplace.
The Branch expresses its appreciation to MBMP Manpower Services for its active participation and support in promoting productive and collaborative workplaces.

The National Conciliation and Mediation Board Branch XI, headed by Regional Branch Director Aerrine Marie R. Reyes, together with the Technical Team, paid a courtesy visit to the DOLE Davao del Norte Field Office headed by Provincial Director Sonia Delfin, together with Senior LEO Rodrigo O. Roble Jr., in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.
The courtesy visit aimed to strengthen coordination and partnership between the offices in the continued delivery of programs and services for workers, employers, and the labor sector in the region.

The Branch participated in a blended Group Learning Session (GLS) held on May 18, 2026, focusing on the Board's Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI).
With Atty. Queen Therese D. Espinas, Director II of Technical Services, as the resource speaker, participants gained valuable insights and understanding of workplace conduct, proper handling of complaints, and the effective implementation of CODI policies.
