At 23, you stand as a living example of what it means to put others before yourself. While many spend their youth chasing personal goals, you chose a path where every alarm, every call, every risk is for the safety of our community. You run toward danger when others run away. That is the heart of a true firefighter.

In these past years, you have faced fire, smoke, and emergencies without hesitation. You’ve carried people to safety, protected homes, and given hope in the darkest moments. Your dedication makes Barangay Tigatto safer and stronger.

On your birthday, we don’t just celebrate the years you’ve lived. We celebrate the lives you’ve touched, the families you’ve protected, and the example you set for the younger generation who look up to you.

• SUAWAN BRIDGE- 𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐌 𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐋
• SABANGAN HANGING BRIDGE- BELOW ALERT LEVEL
• TAMUGAN BRIDGE- BELOW ALERT LEVEL
• WAAN BRIDGE- BELOW ALERT LEVEL

Davao River and its tributaries particularly Salug, Matupe, Kulom, Tagaulay, Sita, Dumalogdog, Simud, Ipuan, Gumitan, Upian, Kulafu, Suawan, Siao and Tamugan Rivers. Moreover, light to moderate to at times heavy rains caused by the trough of the Low Pressure Area (LPA) are likely to affect the Davao River Basin during the forecast period.

People living near the mountain slopes, in the low lying areas and adjacent to or along the above mentioned river systems and the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils (DRRMC’s) concerned are advised to be vigilant, take precautionary measures to mitigate sudden impacts of possible flashfloods, landslides and river floods within Davao River Basin, and to continue monitor the updates particularly the thunderstorm advisory and heavy rainfall warning issued by Mindanao PAGASA Regional Services Division and also other related products issued by PAGASA.

Due to the weather disturbance brought by the Trough of LPA, the 𝐃𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐎 𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑 channel along Brgy. Tamugan monitored at 𝐂𝐎𝐃𝐄 𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 (alert level) approaching 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 (warning level).

With these, BDRRMCs along Davao river channels are advised to pre-positioned resources, alert the communities, conduct 𝐑𝐄𝐊𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐀, closely monitor their areas of responsibility (AOR) especially flood and landslide-prone areas, prepare evacuation areas, and provide feedback to CDRRMO-OPCEN Apo Base for any changes in the situation.

Meanwhile, the PUBLIC is reminded to be vigilant and address the situation accordingly.

Meanwhile, light rainfall persists in portions of Baguio, Buhangin Calinan, and Marilog Districts.

Other areas of Davao City are experiencing cloudy conditions with scattered light rain, mostly drizzling.
