With the theme “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!”, PYAP members of Barangay 27-C came together for a fun, meaningful, and purpose-driven day of learning and collaboration.

The PYAP Barangay 27-C Chapter Leadership Training became a meaningful opportunity for young people to discover their strengths and develop their leadership potential. Through interactive sessions and team-building activities, the participants learned the importance of communication, cooperation, and responsibility.

The training allowed them to understand that leadership is not just about giving directions it is about inspiring others, working together, and creating a positive impact in the community.
With the theme “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work,” the youth of Barangay 27-C Chapter experienced firsthand how collaboration leads to success. Each activity strengthened their trust in one another and reminded them that every member plays an important role. The guidance of the facilitators led by UM Social Work Interns and PYAP Poblacion B District Officers the support of CSWDO helped make the event both enjoyable and enriching.

Overall, the PYAP Barangay 27-C Chapter Leadership Training strengthened the unity of the youth, equipping them with the confidence and skills needed to serve their barangay with dedication. It stands as a reminder that empowered youth today will become the compassionate leaders of tomorrow.

Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Barangay 27- C Chapter conducted Reorganization last October 28, 2025 at Barangay 27-C Conference Room Lead by Ma'am Trisha Anne C. Baliota PYAP Poblacion B District President, PYAP Poblacion B Youth Coordinator Sir Noel Cambongga, RSW
and our DSI Ma'am Alma D. Lindaan, RSW. and the help of UM Social Work Interns Led by Mac Odnalor B. Sumampong.

The New Elected PYAP Barangay 27-C Chapter is President Leonard F. Mabulay emphasizes the importance of being a Good Leader and Listening to the Concerns and Suggestions of Fellow Officers and Out of School Youth then the Activity focuses on Annual Planning 2026 and UKP Orientation.
