The DCSNICC staff successfully participated in the Capability Building on Socio-Emotional Wellness, Resilience, and Stress Debriefing held on July 9โ10, 2026, at The Pinnacle Hotel and Suites in Sta. Ana, Poblacion, Davao City.
The two-day activity provided participants with valuable opportunities to enhance their socio-emotional well-being, strengthen their resilience, and acquire practical strategies for effectively managing stress in both their personal and professional lives. Through insightful discussions, interactive workshops, and meaningful reflection sessions, participants gained a deeper appreciation of the importance of self-care, emotional wellness, and fostering a positive and supportive workplace.
As we continue to fulfill our commitment to public service, this capability-building initiative serves as a timely reminder that caring for our mental and emotional well-being is fundamental to sustaining productivity, strengthening teamwork, and delivering quality service with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Our sincere appreciation goes to the resource speakers, facilitators, organizers, and everyone who contributed to the success of this meaningful activity. Together, we remain committed to cultivating a healthier, more resilient, and empowered DCSNICC family.
