3-Day Envoyr System Re-Orientation 💻✨

The 3-Day Re-Orientation of the Envoyr System was successfully conducted on August 18–20, 2026, with employees from various Provincial Government Offices of Davao del Sur.

Led by Mr. Edwin Razonable Rojo , Jr., Head of the OPG–Information and Communications Technology Division, with the technical expertise of Mr. Johnford , System Developer, the activity focused on revisiting the system’s key features, processes, and proper utilization.

The re-orientation aimed to strengthen users’ familiarity with Envoyr and support a more efficient and streamlined digital document transmittal process across the Provincial Government.

Provincial Government of Davao del Sur Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification

DAVAO DEL SUR — The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur has successfully attained the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Certification following a comprehensive audit conducted by TÜV SÜD PSB Philippines Inc., an internationally recognized certification body.

This significant achievement affirms that the province’s management systems conform to internationally accepted quality standards and reflects its unwavering commitment to efficiency, accountability, organizational excellence, and the continuous improvement of public service delivery.

This milestone is a testament to the collective dedication and commitment of the offices covered under the Quality Management System certification scope, namely the Provincial Accountant’s Office (PACCO), Provincial Budget Office (PBO), Provincial Treasurer’s Office (PTO), Provincial Procurement Management Office (PPMO), Provincial General Services Office (PGSO), and Provincial Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office (PEDIPO).

The Provincial Government likewise extends its sincere appreciation to the Quality Council Chairperson, Top Management, Internal Quality Auditors, Process Owners, Document Controllers, and Records Coordinators for their invaluable contributions throughout the certification process. Special recognition is accorded to the Provincial Internal Audit Service Office (PIASO) for effectively coordinating and facilitating all ISO-related initiatives, the Provincial Information and Communications Technology Office (PICTO) for advancing digital systems development and process enhancement, and ISO Consultant Mr. Jesson de los Santos for his technical expertise and guidance.
