Demonstrating its commitment to transparency and development, the City Project Monitoring Committee (CPMC)—comprising representatives from local government units (LGUs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)—conducted its 3rd Quarter Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) 2026 activity for the city’s ongoing and completed infrastructure projects.
