Not too long ago, we were privileged to receive a heartfelt testimonial from the late Ms. Cai Ordinario.

Today, we honor her enduring legacy, her remarkable contributions to journalism and statistics, and the genuine warmth she shared with colleagues and the community. Her voice and dedication will be remembered by the Philippine Statistical System with deep respect and gratitude.

Stat-Testimonials | 36th NSM & 16th NCS Series

WATCH: We feature Ms. Cai Ordinario of the BusinessMirror, a well-known journalist who has actively participated in and been awarded in the NSM Media Awards for several years.

More than just the recognition, Ms. Cai shared that Math had always been her weak point. Conquering this challenge to write stories about data and statistics was possible thanks to the help and guidance of professionals in the field.

Ms. Cai also emphasized that statistics not only reflect our day-to-day life, but these numbers are also our means to communicate with policy-makers in making data-driven decisions.
