Free Tuition Fee Appeal for 2nd Sem AY 2025-2026

Requirements

1. Signed appeal letter addressed to the Chancellor, clearly stating why you need an extension of free tuition fee.
2. True Copy of Grades or CRS screenshot of grades from first year.
3. Program of Study, indicating the subjects to be taken for the remaining semesters and midyear. (See sample Program of Study here)
4. OSE Clearance (http://bit.ly/oseclearance).
5. Proof of financial situation of parents. (Note that Barangay Certificate of Indigency is not accepted)

Deadline of submission is January 5, 2026 5PM.

IMPORTANT Note: Please inform your Program Adviser that an email will be sent to him/her for endorsement of your appeal.
