At about 2:45 PM of July 22, 2021 PCMS Ma Leonora A Eclipse, Senior Investigator of District Women and Children Concern Section (DWCCS) under the supervision of PMAJ SENALICE B NATO, Chief DWCCS of Quezon City Police District (QCPD) conducted lecture on Barangay Reporting and Referral System on Violence Against Women (VAW) and Gender Based Violence (GBV) at Bahay Kanlungan, Quezon City. The said lecture was participated by more or less 20 Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Persons from Ditsrict V of Quezon City.
