The 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗼 has been conferred the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗴 𝗔𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗖) 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, along with 𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗖 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 ₱𝟱𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬.

The award and incentive were received by 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗔. 𝗧𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗼, together with 𝗟𝗚𝗢𝗢 𝗩𝗜 𝗠𝘀. 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗔. 𝗗𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻, on behalf of LGU Dipaculao.

The awarding ceremony was led by the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚) – 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮, headed by 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼, together with 𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝘂𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝘆 𝗘. 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘇𝗮, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗢 𝗜𝗩, and 𝗟𝗚𝗠𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗦. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘇, held today at 𝗔𝗠𝗖𝗢 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿, 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮.

The recognition highlights the collective efforts of the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗴 𝗔𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗖) – 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗼 and its 𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗖 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁 in the implementation of anti-drug abuse prevention and intervention programs in the municipality.

The LGU Dipaculao extends its appreciation to all members of the MADAC, its Secretariat, partner agencies, barangays, and stakeholders whose continued cooperation and commitment contributed to this achievement.

DILG Aurora Provincial Office Leads Drug-Free Workplace Milestone with Five Municipalities

Clark, Pampanga — DILG Aurora was formally awarded the Drug-Free Workplace Certification on September 15, 2026, during the 3rd Quarter Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) Meeting held at Royce Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

Under the leadership of Provincial Director Ener P. Cambronero, DILG Aurora continues to strengthen initiatives that promote a healthy, safe, and responsible workplace for its personnel. Notably, DILG Aurora was the first DILG Provincial Office in Central Luzon to submit its application for Drug-Free Workplace Certification on July 9, 2026, demonstrating its early commitment to institutionalizing workplace-based drug prevention measures.

Also receiving the recognition were five local government units (LGUs) in Aurora, namely Dinalungan, Dilasag, Dipaculao, Maria Aurora, and San Luis, reflecting the growing commitment of local governments across the province to preventive, health-oriented, and responsible drug-free workplace practices. DILG Aurora congratulates the five LGUs for their dedication to creating safer and healthier work environments and for advancing their respective workplace-based prevention programs.

September 7, 2026: TAD MONDAYS | TOGETHER AGAINST DRUGS

The PESO Dipaculao led this TAD Mondays during the Flag Raising Ceremony at the Municipal Hall of Dipaculao, Aurora.

With the topic, “The Link Between Human Trafficking, Illegal Drugs, and Employment Vulnerabilities,"PM Julie-ann V. Taronga discussed how poverty and lack of decent work make people vulnerable to fake job offers that lead to trafficking and drug abuse.

This activity is anchored on our legal bases:
RA 9208 as amended by RA 11862 (Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act) and RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act), and in coordination with IACAT Actionline 1343.

Our fight as one LGU, are:
1. PESO: Provide decent jobs, verify agencies at DMW, and refer victims for support.
2. MADAC/BADAC: Report illegal recruitment and strengthen advocacy to maintain our Drug-Cleared status.

Our defense is Decent Work + Correct Information.
