The Dolores Fire Station, under the leadership of SFO3 Ernesto B Belecario II, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, actively participated in the International Coastal Cleanup held on September 18, 2026.

Dolores Fire Station personnel were assigned to the designated "seaside area" to support the cleanup efforts and promote environmental responsibility.

The activity aimed to raise public awareness and encourage active participation in the protection and conservation of coastal areas and aquatic resources.

After completing the assigned area, Dolores Fire Station personnel also extended their support to the officials of Barangay 7 by helping clean their respective area. This collaborative effort highlights the importance of community participation and collective action in keeping our environment clean, safe, and protected.

In line with the governmentโ€™s commitment to transparency, accountability, efficiency, and quality public service, the Dolores Fire Station, under the leadership of Acting Municipal Fire Marshal SFO3 Ernesto B Belecario II, posted the BFP Citizensโ€™ Charter Flowchart for the Fire Safety Inspection System (FSIS).

The posting of the Citizensโ€™ Charter serves as a guide for clients and other stakeholders in understanding the procedures, documentary requirements, processing steps, and other relevant information pertaining to the application for Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (FSEC) and Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC).

Dolores Fire Station personnel, under the leadership of Acting Municipal Fire Marshal SFO3 Ernesto B Belecario II, conducted a Fire Drill at Far Eastern Bank (A Rural Bank), Inc., Dolores, Eastern Samar.
The activity aimed to strengthen the employeesโ€™ awareness and preparedness in dealing with fire emergencies. Participants were oriented on basic fire prevention measures, proper evacuation procedures, the importance of knowing emergency exits, and the proper coordination with emergency responders during an actual fire incident.
The fire drill also provided employees with an opportunity to practice an orderly and safe evacuation to the designated assembly area, helping them become more familiar with what to do and where to go in case of an emergency.
Regular fire drills and safety awareness activities are essential in building a fire-safe workplace. Preparedness, quick response, and proper coordination can help minimize injuries, protect property, and prevent a fire emergency from becoming a more serious incident.

Personnel of the Dolores Fire Station, under the leadership of Acting Municipal Fire Marshal SFO3 Ernesto B Belecario II, continue to conduct proactive preventive measures to raise public awareness and minimize fire risks across our municipality.

Our team coordinated with the BLGU and requested for their Barangay-level Fire Prevention campaign, conducted information dissemination through Recorrida/Bandilyo (public address announcements) and maintained fire truck visibility in key strategic areas.

These initiatives aim to remind our communityโ€”especially residents in fire-prone barangaysโ€”to stay vigilant and observe proper fire safety practices, particularly during extreme heat and dry conditions.
