𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗗
Rosalio Eduarte National High School (RENHS), under the leadership of School Principal IV, Dr. David P. Linggayo Jr., actively participated in the 2nd Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held on June 18, 2026 to strengthen disaster preparedness and promote a culture of safety among learners and personnel.
During the drill, students and teachers properly executed the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" procedure, demonstrating their awareness and readiness in responding to earthquake emergencies. Learners also utilized their hard hats as protective gear to help safeguard their heads from possible falling debris.
After the evacuation process, an assessment and observation session was conducted to identify strengths and areas for improvement. This is to ensure that everyone is prepared whenever the earth shakes. The activity provided valuable insights that will further enhance the school's emergency response procedures and ensure the safety of everyone on campus.
RENHS remains committed to fostering preparedness, resilience, and safety through active participation in disaster risk reduction and management activities.

501st Infantry "Valiant" Brigade of the Philippine Army conducted an information dissemination activity for the Grade 8 learners at Rosalio Eduarte National High School (RENHS) on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
The activity focused on increasing learners' awareness and understanding of the West Philippine Sea, its significance to the country, and other relevant issues concerning national security, patriotism, and responsible citizenship. Through informative discussions, learners gained valuable knowledge that helped deepen their appreciation of the nation's sovereignty and the role of every Filipino in nation-building.
Grade 8 class also received two incinerators from the Philippine Army. This valuable contribution will support the school's waste management and environmental sanitation initiatives, helping promote cleanliness, proper waste disposal, and a healthier learning environment for both learners and school personnel. This initiative reflects the Philippine Army's commitment not only to educating the youth on national issues but also to supporting community development and environmental responsibility.
RENHS, headed by the school principal IV, Dr. David P. Linggayo Jr., expresses its sincere gratitude to the officers and personnel of the 501st Infantry "Valiant" Brigade for sharing their time, expertise, and commitment to educating the youth. Such initiatives contribute greatly to developing informed, responsible, and patriotic citizens.

Rosalio Eduarte National High School (RENHS) successfully conducted an orientation for Grade 7 parents and learners regarding the Rural Farm School (RFS) Special Class offered this School Year 2026–2027. It aimed to encourage parents to enroll their Grade 7 children in the RFS Special Class and to provide a deeper understanding of the program's goals, opportunities, and benefits.
Dr. Marlene Abaoag, Division Focal Person for RFS, presented the salient features of the program, including the qualifications for admission, benefits for learners, expectations from both students and parents, and the school's commitment to ensuring the success of the program.
Meanwhile, Dr. Henrieta Bringas, Division Co-Focal Person for RFS, inspired parents and learners by sharing her personal experiences and emphasizing how the Rural Farm School program can positively shape the future of qualified learners.
Dr. David P. Linggayo Jr., School Principal IV, further strengthened the discussion through a video presentation showcasing the RFS program. He also addressed questions and concerns raised by parents, providing clear guidance and assurance regarding the implementation of the special class.
The orientation concluded with a renewed enthusiasm among parents and learners, highlighting RENHS's commitment to providing innovative and relevant educational opportunities that prepare students for lifelong learning, agricultural appreciation, and sustainable community development.

The halls of Rosalio Eduarte National High School (RENHS) came alive once again as learners, teachers, and staff officially welcomed the opening of the School Year 2026–2027 today, Monday, June 8, 2026.
Students eagerly returned to their classrooms, reunited with friends, met their teachers, and embarked on another exciting journey of learning and growth. The first day was filled with orientation activities, classroom preparations, and meaningful interactions that set a positive tone for the new school year.
During the flag raising ceremony JHS Coordinator, Master Teacher III, Dr. Marifi F. Quodala presented the advisers and subject teachers of the Junior High School. SHS Coordinator, Master Teacher I, Mrs. Angeline G. Criste introduced the advisers and subject teachers of Senior High School.
As the school community begins another chapter, School Principal IV, Dr. David P. Linggayo Jr. shared an inspiring message to all learners.

Rosalio Eduarte National High School successfully conducted its First Faculty Meeting on June 5, 2026, bringing together the teaching and non-teaching personnel of the school in preparation for the opening of School Year 2026–2027.
The meeting focused on important matters and updates, including the implementation of the Three-Term Academic Calendar, the ILAW Format of Lesson Planning, research initiatives, the mandatory wearing of the newly prescribed uniform, faculty designations, and class schedules.
During the meeting, School Principal IV, David P. Linggayo Jr. shared valuable points to ponder, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, teamwork, and maintaining respect among all members of the school community. He particularly highlighted that respect is essential in workplace through mutual understanding, and positive working relationships with one another.
The meeting served as a meaningful opportunity for faculty members to align their goals, clarify responsibilities, and strengthen their commitment to delivering quality education and excellent service to learners.
As RENHS embarks on another academic year, the school remains steadfast in its mission of fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Rosalio Eduarte National High School proudly participated in the webinar on the 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐀𝐈) 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, an initiative by the Department of Education aimed at promoting responsible and effective use of AI in teaching and learning.
The webinar was attended by parents on June 3, 2026, and by students on June 4, 2026. Participants gained valuable insights into how AI can support learning, enhance creativity, improve productivity, and serve as a useful tool in education when used responsibly and ethically.
Through this activity, parents and students were equipped with knowledge and awareness of emerging technologies that are shaping the future of education. The webinar also highlighted the importance of digital literacy and responsible AI use in today's rapidly evolving learning environment.
