​📌 IMPORTANT HIGHLIGHTS:

✅️​Classes Suspended: All classes in both public and private schools at all levels are suspended.

✅️​Government Work Suspended: Work in local government offices is suspended for the day.

✅️​Essential Services: Emergency case responders and personnel providing vital public services are exempted from the work suspension and shall continue to report for duty as necessary.

✅️​Private Establishments: Private businesses and establishments may suspend operations at their own discretion based on their respective management policies.
