Ang Lokal na pamahalaan ng Gabaldon sa pangunguna ni 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐉𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐏. 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐚, matagumpay na naisagawa ang Meat Processing Workshop na dinaluhan ng grupo ng isang samahan.

Layunin ng pagsasanay na ito na mabigyan ang mga kalahok ng kaalaman at kasanayan sa wastong pagproseso ng mga produktong karne, na maaaring magsilbing daan sa karagdagang pagkakakitaan at pagsisimula ng sariling kabuhayan.
