A CONGRATULATIONS THAT COMES LATE, BUT NEVER TOO LATE TO CELEBRATE!

Even though this congratulatory post comes a little late, the joy and pride of the community, especially the youth sector, will always last. Your achievement deserves to be celebrated, remembered, and recognized.

Warmest congratulations to Ms. Reign Angeline T. Balaleng for successfully graduating from Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Major in Animal Science!

Your perseverance, dedication, and hard work have brought you to this remarkable milestone. Your achievement is not only a testament to your commitment to your chosen field but also an inspiration to fellow young people who continue to pursue their dreams and build a better future.

May your knowledge, passion, and skills in agriculture and animal science lead you to meaningful opportunities and a fulfilling career. May you continue to grow, serve, and make a difference in the community.

Congratulations, Reign! Your community, especially the youth sector, celebrates this achievement with you. May this be the beginning of even greater things ahead!
