📣 Heads up, government agencies! IT’S TIME TO UPDATE YOUR ICT ROADMAP.

The call is now open for the submission of Information Systems Strategic Plans (ISSPs) covering FY 2028 to 2030 as part of the FY 2028 ICT Budget Preparation under the Medium-Term Information and Communications Technology Harmonization Initiative (MITHI).

Following MITHI Steering Committee Resolution No. 2026-02, agencies are encouraged to submit their ISSPs using the Revised ISSP Template to give the MITHI Technical Working Group sufficient time to evaluate proposed ICT projects and work with agencies on any necessary revisions or additional requirements.

PABATID | Magandang balita, Nakarin! Sa ilalim ng Republic Act 12001 o Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act, ipinatutupad na ang Tax Amnesty on Real Property Taxes and Special Levies upang mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga may hindi nabayarang buwis na makapagbayad nang walang penalty, surcharge, at interest. Saklaw ng amnestiyang ito ang lahat ng hindi nabayarang real property taxes bago ang Hulyo 5, 2024, kabilang ang Special Education Fund, Idle Land Tax, at iba pang special levy taxes.

Huwag palampasin ang pagkakataong ito! Ang amnestiya ay may limitadong panahon lamang at tatagal hanggang Hulyo 5, 2026. Maaaring bayaran ng mga taxpayer ang kanilang pagkakautang sa isang-bultong bayad o one-time payment. Gayunpaman, may ilang hindi sakop ng amnestiya, kabilang ang mga real properties na naibenta sa public auction upang mabayaran ang hindi nabayarang buwis, mga nagbabayad sa ilalim ng compromise agreement, at mga may nakabinbing kaso sa korte kaugnay ng hindi pagbabayad ng buwis.

Upang makakuha ng karagdagang impormasyon o ayusin na ang inyong real property tax delinquencies, magtungo lamang sa ating Municipal Treasurer’s Office.

Sama-sama nating itaguyod ang kaunlaran ng ating bayan sa pamamagitan ng maagap at matapat na pagbabayad ng buwis.
