BLGU San Jose Reading Center

The BLGU San Jose Reading Center proudly received its library allocation from the National Library of the Philippines during the 3-day Orientation and Initial Allocation of NLP’s Newly Affiliated Public Libraries held last March 24–26, 2026 in Manila.

This initiative was made possible through the leadership of Punong Barangay Hon. Abdul Rahim S. Paidumama and the 7th SK Council San Jose headed by Hon. Charisse P. Barde, with the support of SK Kagawad Hon. Gabrell Ditchita and SK Kagawad Hon. John Ford Castro.

Materials received:
• 1 Computer Set
• 1 Globe
• 1 Philippine Map
• 2 Boxes of Library Books
• 1 LEGO Set

These resources will strengthen our reading center and inspire both learning and creativity among the youth of San Jose.

Together, we continue to champion education and build a brighter future for our community!

📚 Sorting Stories, Building Futures 📚

The BLGU San Jose Reading Center successfully conducted a book sorting activity made possible with the help of three dedicated students as part of their Work Immersion Program.

Through their time, effort, and willingness to help, the books were properly arranged and prepared to better serve the children and youth of our barangay. This activity not only helped improve the reading center but also gave the students hands-on experience, discipline, and a sense of community service.

We are truly grateful for their hard work and support. Small efforts like this create a big impact in promoting learning, responsibility, and love for reading. Together, we continue to build a brighter and more educated San Jose. ✨📖
