A significant drop in crime rate was recorded nationwide from September 18-19, 2022, PNP’s Crime Research Analysis Center reports.
Number of Index crime decreased from 83 on Sunday to 34 last Monday.
In the same manner that the non-index crimes dramatically slid from 721 to 89 recorded cases.
Violators of the Anti-Gambling Law saw the biggest decline attributing to the intensified monitoring against this illegal business.
“We are doubling our efforts to sustain the momentum and to make the public feel confident about their environment. Life is beautiful when we live in peace and order. Your security is our responsibility” PNP Chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. said.
Azurin further said that the organization continues to monitor the movement and trend of crime incidence so the PNP can channel its energy and strategy to urgent concerns.

Press Statement of PCOL CHARLIE A CABRADILLA, Acting Provincial Director - Camp Gen. Alejo S. Santos, Malolos City, Bulacan
In response to the widespread social media reports of missing females aged 13 to 25 years old and older, our provincial police office has investigated reports about these claims. The majority of these reported incidents were due to domestic issues, and they have been located and returned home.
We are now encouraging the public to be skeptical of any material shared on social media platforms. The majority of these charges posted on social media are false and unsupported by evidence. We must exercise accountability in the digital age, particularly when publishing content to social media networks. These may cause confusion, fear, and disorder in our community.
Rest assured that the Bulacan PNP will increase police presence and visibility, stay on top of things, and always be ready to put our best foot forward to bring peace and order to our province and make it a safe place for Bulakenyos.
