The YAMAN GENSAN Trade Fair and Exhibit 2025, one of the major annual activities of General Santos City, officially opened earlier today, November 14, at SM Mall of Gensan and will continue until November 16,2025.

The Trade Fair and Exhibit will showcase some of the best local products from 47 MSMEs in General Santos.

ATM: Cooking Demo ft. Coconut

A cooking demonstration is underway featuring Chef Ed Cawit of K&E Lab as part of the Yaman Gensan Trade Fair and Exhibit.

The activity aims to showcase innovative applications of coconut-based ingredients in culinary preparations, highlighting their potential for value addition and market differentiation.

It is designed to inspire MSMEs, farmers, and food entrepreneurs to explore product development opportunities using coconut as a key ingredient under the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) Program.
