Ang PNP AVSEU12 ay buong pusong nakikiisa sa pagpapatupad ng Oplan Balik Eskwela sa pamamagitan ng programang “Alay Linis,” na naglalayong matiyak ang isang malinis, ligtas, at maayos na kapaligiran para sa ating mga mag-aaral. Nawa’y magsilbi itong paanyaya sa lahat na makiisa at magtulungan tungo sa isang maayos at ligtas na pagbabalik-eskwela.

On June 8, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM, personnel of this Unit, led by PEMS Shiela S. Pascual, conducted a Community Dialogue (Pulong-Pulong) with HQS, AVSEU 12, and General Santos City Airport Police Station regarding the effects of the Magnitude 7.8 earthquake that damaged the General Santos International Airport Terminal. Participants were reminded to stay vigilant and follow safety measures, especially the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure. The activity promoted awareness, preparedness, and coordination among authorities and the community.

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has extended the Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) for General Santos Airport.

The new NOTAM is effective from 4:56 PM on June 10 until 6:00 PM on June 14.

Only government, military, and humanitarian flights are permitted to operate at the airport following the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck Sarangani.

Passengers are advised to coordinate with their respective airlines regarding the status of their flights.
