As the end of the year fast approaches, PARPO II Oding B. Yusoph JD, SCL urged DAR Sarangani employees to complete deliverables in October Convocation at DARPO Sarangani Open Parking Lot, October 5.
PARO II used the metaphor of love in the act of โpaasaโ reflecting in the workforce reminding the employees to ensure to wrap up all the unfinished business for the service of the Filipino farmers hoping โna wag nang paasahinโ.
โAng ibig kong sabihinโฆas we approach near end of the year, kailangan natin nung mga accomplishment. Hopefully madeliver natin lahat ng ating mga task, lahat ng ating mga deliverables given to all us.โ
On the other hand, thereโs a gentle reminder of the concept of โachieving moreโ and at the same time taking care of yourself stressed by PARPO II.

The second part of the convocation talks about ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ was led by Ms. Arrianne B. Anniversario, Cooperative Development Specialist I of City Cooperative Development Office (CCDO), General Santos City.
She emphasized the importance of stronger cooperatives discussing different points about communities, workplaces and public services and how to apply the said principles effectively and efficiently.
Opening and closing the program, ARPO II Griffin T. Gioca took the opportunity to share some gratitude and encouraged other workers to join and apply the learnings in the cooperative.
In the service of the Filipino, DAR Saranganiโs employees had been always eager to invest in themselves not just for themselves but a kind of service that not only talks about self-interest, but more than that. And as the days go by, one thingโs for sure, the path that they will take will not only talk about self-interest, but more than that.
